♦Terms Of Service♦

by commissioning me, you must agree to the following:

  • Commissioned artwork cannot be sold/manufactured/used commercially without my written permission.

  • Always credit me. do not claim the art as your own and link back to one of my accounts or this carrd.

  • Cannot be sold/minted as NFT's. I do not like crypto/nft's nor do i want any of my work to be associated with it at all. This applies to ALL of my artwork.

  • Please do not use my art to train AIs. This applies to ALL of my artwork.

  • Must be 18+ to commission me.

♦ Payment details ♦

  • Paypal/cashapp accepted

  • i have the right to decline any commission if i feel the request is not something i am able to do for you or if it makes me uncomfortable at all and for any reason.

  • payments under $100 are to be paid upfront, payments $100 and over are to be paid half upfront half upon completion.

  • I am willing to discuss split payment options for any commission price under $50, however full/high res art will not be sent until full payment is received

  • client is allowed to ask for pose changes before the line art is started, after that the client may only ask for minor changes.

refunds

  • if you decide that this piece is not something you'd like anymore and i have not completed the sketch you may receive a refund in the full price of your piece

  • after the sketch is completed you may receive a refund of half of what you paid

  • once the lineart is done you are no longer eligible for refunds

  • No incest, or child/adult relationships. I will decline the commission if it makes me uncomfortable.

  • No homestuck.

  • No intense gore. blood/light gore is alright though.

  • no watersports/feces/oviposition/noncon

  • no minors/real people in nsfw situations.

  • no pokemon/sonic nsfw

  • creepy/grungy themes

  • Photo references are required! this does not have to be a full drawn reference, it can be a pinterest board along with the description of your character! This is to help me visualize your character in my brain to better capture their energy in my art.

  • I am open to drawing sonic/pokemon/other body types however please ask me first.
