by commissioning me, you agree to the following:

♦ baseline rules ♦

  • Always credit me. do not claim the art as your own and link back to this carrd.

  • Cannot be sold/minted as NFT's. This applies to ALL of my artwork.

  • DO NOT FEED ANY OF MY ART INTO ANY AI MODELS.

  • Do not commission me if you are under 18.

  • all prices will be in USD

  • I consider Commercial Work to be anything used to promote your brand/image. This includes but is not limited to: Stream Assets, Promotional Artwork and concept work.

  • Photo references are required! this does not have to be a full drawn reference, it can be a pinterest board along with the description of your character! This is to help me visualize your character in my brain to better capture their energy in my art.

  • I am open to drawing other body types however please ask me first.

  • client is allowed to ask for pose changes before the line art is started, after that the client may only ask for minor changes (ex: colors, eye shape tweaks, expression changes and things like that)

♦ Payment details ♦

  • Paypal/cashapp accepted

  • i have the right to decline any commission if i feel the request is not something i am able to do for you or if it makes me uncomfortable at all and for any reason.

  • payments under $150 are to be paid upfront, payments over $150 are to be paid half upfront half upon completion.

  • I am willing to discuss split payment options for any commission price, however full/high res art will not be sent until full payment is received

♦ refunds ♦

  • if you decide that this piece is not something you'd like anymore and I have not completed the sketch you may receive a refund in the full price of your piece

  • after the sketch is completed you may receive a refund of half of what you paid

  • once the lineart is done you are no longer eligible for refunds

  • nsfw/suggestive

  • dnd characters/originals characters

  • fan art

  • creepy/grungy themes

  • cyberpunk/light mecha/robotic parts

  • pets/animals (ask specifics)

  • furries

  • pokemon/sonic/mlp sfw

  • No incest, or child/adult relationships. I will decline the commission if it makes me uncomfortable.

  • No homestuck.

  • No intense gore. blood/light gore is alright though.

  • no watersports/feces/oviposition/noncon

  • no minors/real people in nsfw situations.

  • no pokemon/sonic/mlp nsfw
